Highly recommended.
More than just an address label printer. Upgraded from the QL500, its a fantastic little label printer and so easy to set up and use. The automatic cut feature is great too. The QL500 was a manual cutter, ok but not as good. A highly recommended purchase.

Useless if you have a Mac!
Good little label printer, but the only way to print labels if you have a Mac is to use Brother's own software, and it's not user-friendly at all!

Printer would be alright, but the app is terrible!
The app you have to download, onto your computer. Is an absolute bag of scrap. Wouldn't recommend using this printer, as the app is a disaster.

Good but not perfect
The printer works well when you have managed to get it working. I found it difficult and their support was not perfect.

the print rolls work with the thermal head inside the machine which heats the rolls and shows the text, so the ‘ink’ is held within the rolls. You can adjust the sizing using the P-touch Editor software.
