I can advise the following for the Argos Home Faux Floral Autumn and Halloween Wreath:
It's designed to be used under a porch or canopy. Sun will fade the material over time, however as it's for Halloween this would only be out for a week or so before taken back down so will be suitable for the time it will be out for.

Its plastic, so you can put it outside just avoid direct sunlight as it will fade.
