Manhattan SX Freesat HD Box
Running for a few weeks now. Easy to set up and use. Gives very clear picture. It does have to start up it's 'software' each time it's turned on and new channel numbers take time to get used to if on old aerial freeview before.

Simple to use
Does exactly what it should do. Nice neat little box. Great reception of terrestrial TV without the need for an aerial. Simple to use.

Need a new LNB
Brought to replace Sky Q as I got no aerial. Not compatible with sky Q satellite dish. Requires a new LNB to be changed on the dish. Would have worked if I had Sky HD and not Sky Q.

Hello,
No, the Manhattan SX Freesat HD Box is a basic satellite receiver designed primarily for live TV, not streaming; it lacks apps like Netflix, Prime Video, or even catch-up services like BBC iPlayer, as its internet connection is only for essential software updates, making it ideal for second rooms or caravans but not smart TV functions.
Have a nice day!
Hi Gem,
Manhattan SX Freesat HD Box 764/7019
Wi fi is not needed to operate as a standard Freeview box. To use the full range of features such as on demand an internet connection would be necessary.
