Like the kettle. Quick and not too noisy. This is the second time I have bought thus kettle. Very good but the chrome coating in the plastic wore through where your thumb presses. Also what appears to be sign of rust bear bottom of viewing. Overall pleased but don't expect it to last forever.

My old kettle went on the Blink, never one for spontaneous purchases. I saw this kettle on the shelf in another store at a higher price. Online search commenced I really wanted to pick it up at my local Sainsbury which I did at a lower price than the store. It ticked all my boxs - stainless steel as the best healthy option and this has been the material of every kettle I have owned, this time I purchased an limescale ball in the hope of gaining control of my limescale situation. As for the kettle it’s a joy,light in weight easy to use The required flip lid was on my requirement list. It’s got a fabulous shining body a dash of copper Fantastic illuminated blue lights on the side mych quiter than my old concord kettle which I named due to the sound it made. But the unexpected bonus was the spout narrow and thin and perfect for filling hot water bottles safely. With out burning splashing
