I’m very pleased with this bed. It was taken straight to the room as requested. I wouldn’t say it was a doddle to put together - the instruction leaflet is just pictures and not always clear - but we managed it, and it looks lovely in my spare bedroom. Good value for money

Missing part, poor customer service
Couldn't complete the build of the bed due to missing part. Had to sleep on the floor whilst waiting another week for it to arrive! Why aren't boxes checked thoroughly for all parts before they leave the warehouse. Very poor customer service!

Having checked, there is no minimum or maximum depth of mattress advised.
The maximum weight of the mattress can only be 45kg.

This will fit a standard UK double sized mattress, there will be gaps around the mattress due to the ottoman design. This may be why it looks like the mattress isn't the correct size.
