The Habitat Chadwell Kingsize Storage Bed keeps your bedroom organised and your nights restful. There's a padded headboard that's soft to lean on when you're reading or winding down. The linen-look fabric in a natural tone works with most bedroom styles. Two storage drawers tucked underneath hold bedding, clothes or seasonal items you don't need every day. That's hidden storage that keeps clutter out of sight and gives you back bedroom floor space. It's kingsize, so there's room to spread out comfortably.
The upholstered frame sits on metal feet that keep it stable and lift the base off the floor, so you can hoover underneath without fuss. Sprung wooden slats distribute weight evenly and support your mattress properly. The drawers provide 288L of total storage capacity, that's enough space for extra duvets, pillows or bulky jumpers. The frame holds your mattress securely and supports up to 220kg total user weight. Arrives flat-packed with clear instructions, two people recommended for assembly.

Lazy delivery
Got this bed base because the pictorial display shows it had four drawers underneath. Only has two The delivery was on time but the delivery personnel would only carry the boxes into the dining room on the ground floor. Would not carry it upstairs to the bedroom Not very helpful when yo74 years old. That’s me. All in all. Bit disappointing Shame really as it appears to be an excellent bed frame Was easy enough to assemble and looks like it will last and do the job well.

Great bed
I bought this a couple of weeks ago for my son's room and I'm really glad I did. It looks lovely and is really good quality for the price. It took a few hours to put together but half of that time was spent on the drawer which was a bit fiddly but will holds lots of stuff. I did most of it myself but needed another person for a few bits. The slats, which I was dreading, were actually really straightforward. It is really comfortable with the new mattress I purchased. I woild definitely recommend.

It states 2 draw bed small double it came with just one draw we called customer service and they said a draw would be sent out within a week it didn’t turn up called them back and apparently the small double is only 1 drawer but I paid for what I thought had 2 drawers please habitat Argos clear this up when advertising as I need the space and have nowhere for clothes.

I bought this a month ago and it’s amazing , roomy draws and the bed is quite high for a slated one, we couldn’t get a divan up our stairs and this was the only slatted one with drawers that we could find

A very good bed frame. The drawers are wide perfect for duvet or blankets. It is a little bit tall but looks good. Have a soft headboard. Easy to assemble.

Very happy with my purchase
I wanted a double bed with storage drawers for my little girl - most beds now seem to be ottoman style or they are very high. Drawers are good that she can easily access her teddies safely and without my help. The bed is really easy to build. I did it alone (with a little help from my 8yr old). It looks good, sturdy and is comfortable (guess that will depend on which mattress you buy) and isn't too high - just right. Very happy with purchase
