About this product
The Chadwell Double Storage Bed sorts your bedroom clutter and gives you a proper place to rest. It's got a soft padded headboard with linen-look upholstery that's practical and easy to look after. Two built-in drawers underneath provide 288L of space, that's room for spare bedding, out-of-season clothes, or anything you'd rather keep out of sight. The sprung wooden slats support your mattress and help it stay fresh, while metal feet keep the frame stable and lift it just slightly off the floor for easy cleaning.
The natural tone works with most bedroom colours and keeps things feeling calm. The drawers slide out smoothly and give you proper hidden storage without needing extra furniture. There's 2cm space under the bed, so you can hoover beneath it when you need to. It arrives flat-packed, two people are recommended for assembly, and all fixings are included. Maximum user weight is 220kg, so it's built to support you night after night.

Great bed
I bought this a couple of weeks ago for my son's room and I'm really glad I did. It looks lovely and is really good quality for the price. It took a few hours to put together but half of that time was spent on the drawer which was a bit fiddly but will holds lots of stuff. I did most of it myself but needed another person for a few bits. The slats, which I was dreading, were actually really straightforward. It is really comfortable with the new mattress I purchased. I woild definitely recommend.

It states 2 draw bed small double it came with just one draw we called customer service and they said a draw would be sent out within a week it didn’t turn up called them back and apparently the small double is only 1 drawer but I paid for what I thought had 2 drawers please habitat Argos clear this up when advertising as I need the space and have nowhere for clothes.

I bought this a month ago and it’s amazing , roomy draws and the bed is quite high for a slated one, we couldn’t get a divan up our stairs and this was the only slatted one with drawers that we could find

Very happy with my purchase
I wanted a double bed with storage drawers for my little girl - most beds now seem to be ottoman style or they are very high. Drawers are good that she can easily access her teddies safely and without my help. The bed is really easy to build. I did it alone (with a little help from my 8yr old). It looks good, sturdy and is comfortable (guess that will depend on which mattress you buy) and isn't too high - just right. Very happy with purchase

Looks good and reasonably easy to build.
Quality of item seems fine - obviosuly too early to tell. Frame itself was easy to put together - the drawers took longer and were a bit fiddly. A few screws missing, but those were easy to locate at home
