About this product
Unrivalled heat control with a responsive pure aluminium core. Bonded together with 2 layers of durable stainless steel. Resulting in fast, controlled & even heat distribution, extending from the base all the way up the sides of the pan. Steel peaks protect, so no more worrying about scratched or flaking nonstick. Our sealed rims protect against corrosion and are truly dishwasher-safe. These oven-safe pans withstand heat of up to 260C/500F/gas mark 10, are scratch-resistant & easy to clean.
Circulon SteelShield takes classic non-S\stick and adds stainless steel peaks in the inner pan, to protect the non-stick from scratches and flaking - making SteelShield cookware metal utensil safe and extremely durable.

Saucepans? Chef’s kiss. The frying pans? Hot mess
This pan set walked into my kitchen like it owned the place -gorgeous, glossy, and hotter than a scandal at brunch. It heats up faster than my patience runs out, and I was ready to crown it cookware royalty. But tonight? The frying pan staged a mutiny. I gave it the full spa treatment, seasoned with oil, low heat, gentle ingredients and it still turned my dinner into a sticky mess. Potatoes, onions, herbs, ham… all glued to the bottom like they were clinging to relevance. I’ve got one more frying pan waiting in the wings from another set purchased to complete my total set of 9 new pans, untouched and full of promise. But if it flops too? I’ll be shopping for a pan that actually knows what “non-stick” means. Because, false advertising is so last season. The saucepans, though? They’re serving excellence.

If you want ‘extra stick’ pans…
Received as a wedding gift. Have used a few times now and per some other reviews these weren’t remotely non-stick from the first use. Also tried seasoning the pans to enhance the non-stick, but didn’t help as the ridges on the surface of the pan mean you can’t slide a utensil cleanly underneath to unstick food. So disappointing for the price.

Saucepans great - Frying pan not!
Saucepans great. Come to the boil very quickly and cook very evenly. Nice handles to hold on lids - maybe bit big! However not at all pleased with the frying pan. Everything sticks like mad - used it 3 times and whatever I do sticks. Tried an omelette and ended up with scrambled egg. Am I doing something wrong. I have left a review re this frying pan but no comment from circulon!

Poor Wok pan
Really surprised that after spending big on a wok pan with there last est technology that after about four uses that every item cooked on a high heat that the contents burn and scorch the pan causing a lot of hard scrubbing to clean the wok.. not happy

Not so non stick!
Everything sticks. Avoid!!! Paid a lot of money for this set and very disappointed.

They're not great pans
The saucepans have started to scratch after less than 2 months and the frying pans is not non stick, omelette and pancakes stick everytime, you need lots of oil. Really dissatisfied with them, I would not recommend

SOOOOO good!
We are so pleased with the performance of these pans and absolutely recommend them. They respond really well on the induction hob and it really is like "we are cooing on gas". No issues with sticking during cooking and the heat is very evenly distributed within the pan. Really easy to clean when we have finished. They feel like they should last us for years.

An excellent product - very stylish. We did a bit of research before buying & we’re really happy with our choice. Very easy to cook with on the hob & in the oven. Everything cooks quicker & better.
