I bought this a few months ago, primarily to make smoothies using Huel and fruit. This blends everything together smoothly even when 1/4 filled with ice cubes. Does become noisy with ice but that’s to be expected. Blades are easy to clean but the ridges on the inside of the container can be difficult. It needs to come with a silicone bottle brush.

This blender uses a standard UK plug socket, it runs on 1000W and it requires 240V.
It is a blender, not a juice extractor. You can make smoothie style or whole juice drinks that keep the pulp and fiber; for clearer juice you would need to blend with some water and strain through a fine sieve, or use a dedicated Ninja Cold Press Juicer.
The Ninja Personal in BLEND mode makes drinks containing fresh or frozenfruit, liquids and ice, or blend together purees and the program lasts for 45seconds. However, we can't guarantee the same output like a slushi.
Yes, all attachments of this blender, including containers, blade assemblies, and lids, are safe for the dishwasher. It is recommended that the lids, containers, and blade assemblies be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher. Ensure that blade assemblies and lids are removed from their containers before placing them in the dishwasher.
No, it is only compatible with the cups included with the unit.

Having checked the cleaning instructions, they do appear to be quite easy to follow. This is for both cleaning and dismantling and putting back together. As long as the unit is put back together properly, this will not affect the performance. Please see the link below that will take you to the instructions for the blender.
