Yes, you can physically turn the TV into a portrait position. However, the UE27F6000FK does not have a setting to rotate USB videos or the on-screen display by 90 degrees.
If you would like to play videos in portrait mode, the videos would need to be rotated and saved in portrait orientation before being copied to the USB stick.
