Cost effective indoor clothes drying
Perfect for Autumn and winter season clothes drying indoors and much more cost effective than a tumble dryer. Only improvement I would like to see is the electrical cord could be longer other wise you are tethered and have to setup near a socket, and secondly the switch to turn it on/off could be located either at the top or middle for easier acccess than right at the bottom which is difficult to reach or if you are physically impaired then its an issue.

Good product
Happy with this dryer. Easy to set up and pack away. Does the job of getting clothes dry in a few hours, but one needs to load it carefully to ensure that things dry evenly, especially on the lowest rack. Does it save energy over using a dryer? Maybe a little - lower power but for a longer time. It is certainly useful at times when we have a lot of washing to get done.

Does the job
Not what I expected after speaking to people about them. It did dry the clothes but not as quick as I expected. Maybe for a family of 3 all working it wasn't quite big enough

A dry in time
A good fair priced product and it does work to an extent. You will need the cover and the room used to put the dryer in will need to be well ventilated. In the main it takes a few hours but not everything will be completely dry, especially Jeans, but most other items are ready to be ironed.

Excellent product
Purchased as I have nowhere to dry clothes during winter months this airer drys a full load in around 8 to 12 hours and costs around 80p cheaper than a tumble dryer clothes dry perfectly and crease free I haven’t need to iron anything, I also purchased the optional cover which is a must have, there is the added bonus that it will heat your room although this is not what it’s intended for I used it in a large bedroom the temp was 14 degrees and within an hour it reached 18! I also found putting a wet towel over the top of the ‘tent’ washing dries faster as the heat doesn’t escape and the towel also dries. Good value for the price.

Running costs are subject to change and will depends on your service providers tarrifs and your usage times. The Airer is 300W. If, for example: you are paying £0.30p per Kw/h, the airer would cost 9p per hour to run.
A 300-watt consumes 0.3 kilowatts an hour (kWh). To calculate the exact running costs you would need to multiply the kWh by the time of usage then multiply again by your electricity rate.
