I had bought last year's equivalent and these are much improved, really lovely realistic garland. I bought a few to intertwine with older ones and also a couple to make a new decoration. Really pleased with them, the foliage hangs well and they look fantastic decorated

Thank you for answering.
There are no naked flames and I guess that the mantel is located a fair distance from the burner.
I have the garland placed on top of the mantel with no part hanging down at the front.
I will keep a close eye when the burner is lit.
