Comfy chair and good value
I bought this cuddle chair and it is comfy. The grey is a slightly different shade than I realised but still looks good with our sofa. It was easy to assemble and good value bought on offer. It is slightly shorter than I pictured.

Very Bad
Very bad made & damaged It came with 3 staples through arm which argos knocked £100 off & we decided to keep it fair enough but then my partner leaned on it while sitting to get out of the chair & her elbow went through the arm. So i cut the bottom & there was unbelievably a piece of cardboard 3-4mm thick split in half. I replaced with a piece of wood & mended. Very cheaply made wouldn’t recommend Also only half your legs fit on chair when sat upright not wide or long enough so many bad points

Great chair comfortable but seat cushion is very flimsy should I say only had just over a month and it looks like it's years old needs plumping regular will refill with better quality materials otherwise it's a great seat

Waste of money
This has to be the worst buy I have ever made purchased in January this year and within a fortnight I could feel the springs through the cushion. Rang cs and they organised a technician from Emmiera group to look at said cushion and springs and the response was fluff cushion regularly. I am disabled and spend along time sitting so after an hour of sitting the cushion is flat. I now have to use a blanket under neath so as not to feel the springs and to add to it the cushion is lumpy Complete waste of money

Love it!
Bought this a few weeks ago and whilst the back of the chair feels quite firm with the additional of the puffy it is so comfy. And as my son and his girlfriend can attest, you can fit 2 people in it. The fabric is lovely and appears to be hard wearing.
