I bought these earrings for everyday wear, and they are perfect for what I needed. Fare value for the price of gold today. Not too big and not too small. The only thing is the fastening clip opens too easy so earring comes off if caught slightly, had to close up clip to stop it happening so easily

I also didnt receive a box even though it states they come in a box. I contacted via live chat and they gave me a partial refund so I could go and buy my own box as they are a gift.
I have just had the same problem. You should not be putting photos of 60 pound earrings in a box if you do not or maybe cant supply a box. Which is in fact utterly ridiculous and goes against how you are marketing the product! This was a gift and now I will be returning. What a waste of time
