Great shed but complicated to erect
I purchased this shed approximately 3 weeks ago and started building it a few days later. The two boxes it came in were ram packed with parts and instructions, so buyer beware this is no easy construction. Although I am an retired engineer it took me and my neighbour three days to erect the shed to near completion. The 5 window openers assembly takes half a day to assemble and fit. Take note, make sure your base is perfectly level and you definitely need an electric screwdriver and rubber mallet. Now finished with locks and stuffed with garden tools on the shelving provided I am looking forward to growing a few seedlings next season. All in all I would give this Keter potting shed 9 out of 10 for looks and useability and 10 out of ten for the low maintenance.

A good value challenge!
A great potting shed when built, and the step by step instructions were fine, and even for older and complete diy dunces like us it was still OK. Happy with the end result... it looks good, feels solid and winterproof, and should last many years. It took us a couple of days, but we weren't rushing...

Keter Potting Shed
My wife bought this 2 weeks ago. Argos website great , delivery time great , assembly ...... not so great. There are 2 asymmetric window panels in this assembly. The channel covers work perfectly were the panels meet the roof and the lower asymmetric panel. The are actually meant for the channel created when said window panel is folded. This is where the problem began as the apexes of both lower corners were approx 2 cm from the corner in the channel. Upshot was that due to thd rain starting it was decided to make the shed as water tight as possible, which in turn meant forcing the lower corners into the channels which in turn distorted the outer corners , meaning the roof wouldn't close properly..... but it was enough to keep the rain out. Spoke to Keter , who pointed me in Argos's direction where they couldn't be more helpful. Ultimately, we decided that as we couldn't get a satisfactory resolution regards replacement items , no fault of Argos just circumstances, we asked for a full refund. Again courteously dealt with by Customer service. Now awaiting the full refund going back to my bank

Great garden shed.
This is a great garden shed, which could apparently be constructed by two people in about four hours! Have to say, that is nowhere close to what it took us. It was fine on floor, walls, and part of the roof, but we had to have help from our son-in-law to get all the roof pieces on, as it kept distorting and very difficult to get the internal strut into place. Of course that could have been due to us being two nearly eighty-year-old pensioners! We had a solid concrete base installed already so everything should have lined up perfectly, but we needed brute force to click the final roof pieces into place. Now, however it's perfect.

Potting shed review
I have bought one of these sheds before not the potting shed but a plastic shed. It is fine and turned up in good condition it is easy enough to put up yourself, i would suggest that there should be some more information about how to level this up afterwards, dont try to put this up in windy conditions, also if you want toi use an electronic screwdriver make sure it has enough torque as my screwdriver didn't and i had to use a normal screwdriver.

Fantastic. But takes longer than 4 hours to build.
Now it is up I can appreciate what a fantastic potting shed it is. However, there are a couple of things to note. Firstly not all the parts are marked up so folowing the forst instruction of checking you have all the parts required over an hour, a marker pen and tape measure. Secondly, the guide was 4 hours to build. Being a plastic floor we realised it would not go on the grass as planned so we had to lay flagstones. Not a problem as it will be here for a long time. Just something to factor in. However, the structure, without the shelving took 7 hours to build by 4 people. One reading instructions, one running for parts and 2 to assemble. We are not DIY novices, we have all build our fair share of flat pack and build other items from scratch. Again the shed is great, this is just my experience incase anyone buying this expects it to be completed in a few hours by a couple of people. Or if you are someone who pays people to assemble things. It will cost a lot more than expected as they will definately exceed the 4 hours. The shed itself is very sturdy, a fantastic design and looks incredibly smart. Having placed it on the back of the property we have already had multiple comments from neighbours on how good it looks. The window design is brilliant, very fiddly to assemble but completely worth it. Overall the shed is excellent. Just be prepared for the build time and figuring out which each part is.

Attractive shed
The first thing you need to know is that the ground needs to be completely level. As you can see from the photos we have used gravel to try and level the ground and it’s not good enough. The parts fit together seamlessly- if the floor is level, otherwise nothing fits together. Arrives in 2 very heavy boxes, with a lot of parts. The flooring parts are probably the most flimsy of the whole shed and doesn’t really feel very sturdy. The sides feel more sturdy and are lovely pale green colour. Everything slots together, and then screwed down. We are still in the process of arranging a new base to affix this to, hence no final photo.

The small print
All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
