Handy but...
This is my second Samsung MC28M6055CK bought within the space of 4 years. The first died recently and I wanted a like-for-like replacement. It's great because it's big and multi-functional. It has way more functions than you will ever use it for. But, the door is a bit tight. The exterior had some metal that had dripped and stuck onto the front. And it's expensive for what it is.

Only used the microwave so far so can't give much of a review just yet. Found it fine to use. I'm old school so would have preferred paper instructions but it's easy enough to download them and i suppose it is saving the planet but that's the reason I've knocked a star off.

Stopped working do to known electronic issue for t
I've always been a fan of Samsung products, but that ended about 18 months after I bought this combi oven. After about 14 months the LED display stopped showing some segments - sometimes they would come on, but others would go out. Shortly after some of the buttons would stop working (again, rather randomly). I looked up all the usual fixes online and they suggested things like unplugging from the mains for a while, or various button press combinations. None worked. There are quite a few comments online about this being a well know circuit board problem with the product. Do not buy.

Very happy with the combi microwave. It took a while to understand the features and use to best advantage but now I use it all the time. My old oven is only used for big roasts and baking.

The only current microwave models currently able to connect to SmartThings are:

20 cm above
10 cm behind
10 cm on the side

"When in Convection mode the microwave operates the same way as a standard Fan Oven. In order to achieve the best crusts on items such as pizza or pastries, we suggest using the HotBlast™ cooking program in combination with the Crusty Plate accessory provided with the Microwave Oven."

You state that items should not be stacked and you cannot cook two items at once yet the Manuel says one item can be put on the glass plate and one in the stand??

No, the Samsung 900W 28L Combination Microwave MC28M6055CK doesn't have 2 racks for cooking 2 items at once, they should not be stacked. Yes it would be suitable for a small flat.
