About this product
The ScoopFree disposable litter tray is the reason you can leave ScoopFree self-cleaning litter boxes alone for weeks at a time. With disposable trays, you don't have to see, touch or smell messy waste. Simply replace the disposable tray every few weeks and your ScoopFree litter box is just like new.
Premium Blue Crystal Litter reduces odour 5 times better than clay and clumping litter. Disposable tray for hands-off convenience. Covered waste trap locks in odour and leaves litter box smelling clean and fresh. Uses 5-10x less litter than clay or clumping litter.
Low-tracking crystals don't stick to your cat's feet. 99% dust free. Plastic tray lining creates a powerful extra barrier to help protect against leaks. Absorbs urine on contact and dries solid waste to reduce odour. Each tray weighs only 3 kg (including 2 kg of litter).

BUY, BUY, BUY
For a hassle free life - without looking after the cats litter - get the litter house that uses these throwaway litter trays. Big initial expense, but saves your time, trouble & back . Also it's nicer for when ask8ng friends to cat sit, as they don't need to do the litter tray.

Hi Cas,
The PetSafe ScoopFree Ultra Litter Box Refill Trays - Set of 3 has a covered waste trap which locks in odour and leaves litter box smelling clean and fresh. It would depend on the cat and how much the litter tray is used on how much the tray will need changing.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello Salamanda,
The supplier has advised the following for the PetSafe ScoopFree Ultra Litter Box Refill Trays - Set of 3:
I can confirm that the litter is biodegradable, but the trays are not because they have a plastic liner to prevent leakage.
They advise that customers should follow current local and national laws/regulations regarding the disposal of litter. This may vary to a degree between local authorities.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hi Chloe,
I have just looked into this for you and I can advise that it depends on the age of the cat, the number of cats using it and their diet.
I hope this helps
Hi there,
Your cat is meant to sit in the box and relieve themselves, the tray then absorbs the waste and you can remove the tray once it's full with the cats waste.
