I've had two of these first one lasted 7 years fantastic piece of kit with it being 40m it reaches everywhere easy to lift off in winter and stores neatly Quality comes at a price 👍

Nice and tidy
Really happy I purchased this. I have a long garden and it's fantastic that it auto rolls back into its housing. I had a traditional hospipe which took some getting back on the reel.

Expensive but I great item
Brilliant piece of gear. The mounting could be better as if us difficult to get at screws with driver. Have taken one star off as it started to leak inside the reel after 2 months.I think the problem is with an inadequate way of securing hose by way of just a plastic clip. When the hose was taken out fully my theory is that it disturbed the attachment. Anyway Argos replaced it and all good.

The AutoReel uses a premium, anti-kink hose that is custom-made specifically for this product. It is not available for separate purchase.

I can advise the following for the Hozelock Autoreel Hose – 40m:
When it is time to rewind the hose, a simple tug unlatches the drum, and the Auto Reel’s patented automatic rewind system takes over. The braking mechanism ensures a controlled rewind whilst the layering system neatly coils the hose with no kinks or tangles.
