The dual action blades create a cleaner cut and finish on your hedges. The 2 blades go back and forth ensuring a precision cut, making sure no clippings are missed.

Cheap and cheerful
Had this a few months now. Here are a few pointers. It cuts privet hedges good enough. It's very noisy! It's a touch heavy and unwieldy for such a small cutter. The 'grip' sections of the switch/handle are not grippy enough, resulting in having to really use excessive force to use the cutter. Very tiring. To sum up. You get what you pay for.
