Decent…
Has a shutter slider for privacy. Plug and play and app is easy to use. Presets can be saved USB-C, which is great. It’s compact and looks quite sleek Not good in low light settings, but great with good lighting. If that is a deal breaker, spend a bit more money. Overall, decent web cam and I would recommend, if it’s needs meets yours.

The Elgato full Hd facecam Neo is Very easy to use, instructions were clear and precise on how to set up. Great sharp focus even when moving. It is small and lightweight and has privacy shutter which is perfect. The monitor mount is easy to use and move. Overall a great product

Great bit of kit
This is a great little camera, you literally plug and go! No complicated setup required and the image quality is great. It's a nice compact & lightweight design that clips easily onto your monitor and my favourite design feature is it has a closable cover to hide the lens when not on use. Be aware it has a USB-C connection so you may need an adapter for your particular computer, which isn't included. It also doesn't appear to have a built in microphone but most computers now days do so shouldn't pose an issue for anyone. I used this for several video meetings recently and was really pleased with the quality of image. Great bit of kit all in all

Great addition for video calling
Overall I was very satisfied. The webcam is lightweight and simple to set up and attach to my laptop. Added bonus of a privacy shutter and the video quality is brilliant. Looks very professional. Only thing I felt was missing was a built in microphone. Photos attached of shutter open and closed.

Amazing Quality!
As soon as I plugged this in, it was so easy to configure and was ready to have my first meeting with it. Visually it is compact and looks great sitting on top of my monitor, which means I don’t have to use my laptop camera. It works brilliant in low lit conditions. The added bonus of having the tab to cover the camera when it’s not in use is very handy.

Great quality but USB C port or adapter required
Camera comes well packed in a neat little box. There is no manual included but a QR code to scan to download if needed. The camera attaches to the screen with a hinged mount which is great to take it on and off but not secure for perhaps long term use of the screen is moved or knocked. Quality is great so couldn't ask for more in this department. Be aware this only has a hard wired USB C only cable so would need an adapter if you don't have a USB C port - adapter not included.

Good Webcam
Overall am happy with this product. Have used on laptop and the webcam is stable (mounted) and fairly lightweight. Was easy to use during a mock meeting. There is a privacy shutter which is handy to have. Video quality is very good, not blurry at all. Downsides: privacy shutter feels flimsy and no built in mic.

Elgato Full HD Facecam Neo
This is a neat little webcam that just works. Recognised straight away by my Windows PC and could use on a Teams chat straight away. Decent quality image. There is a privacy slider too, so you can ensure your camera is OFF by sliding this cover over the lens. There is a light on the camera too, to show when it is being accessed. The connection is USB-C, and although C connection is becoming the norm, I can understand many PC’s / Laptops will have only the traditional USB-A connection on their machines, so you have to check. The cable is attached to the camera itself, so you cannot swap out the cable. The attachment is used to balance on top of a monitor and works quite well. It just balances on top and it won’t fall down. Better than a clamp using pressure and risk damaging your screen. Finally, I did try to see if this would work with my android phone too, but it did not recognise at all on my phone, so no, it doesn’t.

No software & super easy to set up.
I was surprised that there was no software needed for setting the camera up, but then realised how simple it was. I had to change my camera setting on my laptop so that it used this rather than the laptop camera, but once done, it was great. The image was really clear, and loved the shutter to turn the camera off when using it. Highly recommend.

Very impressed
Well I am very impressed, I use the camera for my life streaming and I hoped the quality would hold as I also use a green screen and it does. Amazing video quality and overall very impressed also has a clip of sorts to sits just nicely on my monitor

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Elgato Full HD Facecam Neo: ''As far as the Elgato Facecam Neo and possibly mounting it to a TV. The device would be able to clamp on to the top of your TV depending on the depth of the frame on your TV. The mount clamp on the device is roughly an inch however I can gladly get a more precise measurement if you would like that as well.
For testing, it does clamp just fine to my TCL Smart TV which is very slim.''
