Broken and sctratched bed
Unfortunately this was delivered whilst I was on holiday, so couldn't check the quality of the product and it has huge scratches and dents in the head board and chipped wood, so looks like the warehouse have chucked it about and badly damaged it. I had to build it as had friends staying and we hadn't anywhere else for them to sleep.

Cracked during assembly, terrible packaging
I followed the instructions and did all of the slats by hand, with no power tools. The wood you screw in to still cracked on the third to last slat. It tells you to return in original packaging, but the packaging it comes in is held together by GLUE, so it shreds apart as you open it. I have duct taped the crack, and the bed has held together so far, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Stunning looks
The bed was easy to assemble, and once done it looked just like an expensive frame. My daughter has used it, and said was extremely comfortable. So impressed that I have bought the King-sized version for my bedroom. Fantastic
