Microwave faulty and replacement with the same fau
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received my replacement microwave as 1st one was faulty. Replacement has the same fault! The top is out of alignment and when it’s on, the light shines through the top of the microwave. Returning for the 2nd time in 2 weeks for a full refund.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago to replace a similar Samsung model that was quite old, and although still working, had a few marks/dents especially after moving house! This is nice looking, great functions, easy to use and works well.

Looks good but not so, when using. Light is totally useless for observing food through door. Also no printed instructions, how difficult or costly would it be to include. The integral light comes on when the door is opened, it cannot be seen whilst food is being cooked.
Model number MS23DG4504ATE.
Argos currently has reviews mixed up for a different model number that has a grill as well as microwave.
