About this product
The Birlea Rio Small Double Bed Frame with Mattress gives you a proper place to sleep and rest, without taking up more space than needed. It's built from solid pine with a white washed finish that works in most bedroom styles. The SleepSoul Nebula mattress sits on top of a slatted base, so there's firmer support underneath and air circulates beneath the mattress to keep things fresh. The frame fits a small double mattress, so it's right for compact bedrooms or guest rooms where a full double won't fit.
The solid slatted base spreads weight evenly and provides lasting support through years of use. There's 26cm of space underneath, so you can hoover or store flat items beneath the frame without awkward manoeuvring. The bed supports up to 220kg total user weight, so it's stable for everyday use. Self-assembly required, two people recommended, all fixings and instructions provided. Manufacturer's one year guarantee included.

I bought a double of this bed and was so happy with it I bought a single. Easy to put together. Mattress incredibly good quality. Good value for money. Looks good too.

Very well built. Looks really good, wood was perfect no marks on it. Mattress is hard, which is what I wanted, Took my time and put it together on my own. Instruction were clear and easy to follow. Very pleased

The bed looks good. The mattress is however very firm, but like sleeping on a solid surface. I thought it might soften over time (had it approximately 5 months) but it hasn’t. I bought mattress toppers and they helped a bit. It would have been better to have bought the frame and chosen a mattress separately.

Not great
I like the look of the bed, but it is not great quality. Easy to put together, but it creaks. I tried tightening the screws a few weeks later, and made a big dent in the wood doing so. So it'll always creak! The hardest mattress ever! Almost like the floor! I received the first frame. Lots of dents & scratches, eventually had it collected & replaced! A couple of dents in the replacement, but not visible. Poor

I bought this bed and mattress and have found it to be tso comfortable and copl in the hot weather, was in dire nebed and mattress and this combo has ticked all the boxes

The bed itself is great and thd matress it comes with is great quality. Building and instructions were not so good. I found them unclear and they do not provide the tools needed yo build the bed, so make sure you have these items to hand. I am satisfied with the bed and with the quality
