Slightly disappointed
Bottom filter door won’t stay in place, every time I move the machine (eg during cleaning) the bottom drops off. Had to re-tape it. Doesn’t come with the remote control and can’t find it in accessories despite it being shown in instructions. User instructions had to be downloaded and fault finding instructions appear to be only available online … not downloadable? QR code didn’t work … insecure site Surprisingly, after putting it in a room with plenty of dust and cat fur, and with/without a fan on, it says the air quality is 100% … how do I know if it’s actually working?

Larger than expected, easy to set up on auto. Fan speed quite loud when adjusting to different air quality, runs quietly in background when 100% sorts out dust and smoke from woodburner going from poor to good air quickly.cost effective to run electric meter barely moves.Has helped with improving allergies.

No Remote Included
Brilliant Air Purifier, much better than our previous Heaven Fresh model, only knocked a star off for not coming with a remote control, you have to buy it separately and at this price level you really expect it to come included in the box.

Great device!
I bought this as we have dogs and cats and my partner has a bad chest. What a superb piece of equipment it proved. You can tell when it’s been turned off for any reason and really helps with partners breathing issues. The air freshener cartridge really smells nice and makes the house smell fresh. I also find it fascinating to watch the metre on it as the air improves lol

Clean air and lingering smells gone
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time we have had a air purifier, was easy to set up and straight away it got to work as we were cooking at the time,I switched it on. Brought it because we have a log burner,and it sure clears the air, when smoke escapes it to the room. Low hum when it is working hard, but most of the time it is running on eco , so you don't hear anything. No more cooking smells and smoke smell gone in minutes. Have not looked at the filter yet, but good to know it should last 5 years

Very happy with the air purifier - highly recomme
Very happy with the air purifier which came recommended by a colleague. Good instructions provided and we found It easy to set up and operate. Using the Eco mode is useful as the purifier goes into sleep mode once 100% air quality is achieved which will significantly reduce running costs and prolong the filter life.

No more sneezing in the morning and dust free room
I got this on sale, auto feature is great, I also run it on low for a few hours a day, dust free room so far, I don't use the scent pot, but I no longer sneeze first thing in the morning so it's doing something right.

The Shark HP300 Air Purifier is equipped with a 3-stage HEPA filter that is designed to capture 99.97% of particles down to the 0.1–0.2 micron range, plus odors and VOCs. The cylindrical structure pulls air through the front and back sides of the air purifier and passes it through the HEPA filter. Particles such as smoke, mold, and allergens are then trapped in the HEPA filter, allowing only clean air to be sent back into your space.
This unit can effectively purify areas as large as 130 square meters, achieving one air change per hour. Rooms of up to 28 sq m will benefit from 4.8 air changes per hour.

The Shark HP300UK HEPA Filter Technology allows up to 5 years of use out of a single HEPA filter. To maximize the life of the HEPA filter, we recommend reorienting it every three months: remove the HEPA filter, turn it upside down, then reinsert it. We cant give a price as prices would change when you would be ready to replace filter.
