About this product
The weight for the base is proportional to the weight of your punching bag, below are the recommended ratios between bag weight and the weight on the base of the stand. Bag under 25kg/55lbs = Minimum 20kg/44lbs weight on stand 25 - 25kg / 55lbs - 77lbs bag - Minimum 40kg/88lbs weight on stand 35 - 45kg / 77lbs - 99lbs bag - Minimum 50kg/110lbs weight on stand 45 -55kg / 99lbs - 121lbs bag - Minimum 60kg/132lbs weight on stand Not suitable for use with punching bags over 55kg/121lbs.

Great piece of kit.
Very easy to put together; all put up in about 20 minutes. Seems very sturdy, and takes the weight of my heavy bag very easily. Obviously, I have to weigh the back down with weights, but there's no movement at all. I've had some great workouts with this. I was not really expecting much out of this, as I had read some bad reviews on other sites and on YouTube too, but I have found this a great piece of kit, doing championship rounds on this And it's taking a beating. Obviously, the downside is the footprint of this, having space. Got an understanding wife.

Very tall
Honestly the bag i bought for this was £80 the stand costs £150 although its what I wanted its very pricey. Put it up myself but maybe think about getting someone to help as can be awkward by yourself. It leave about 4 inches i guess from my ceiling so get measurements if putting inside and definitely put a counter balance weights or something heavier so doesn't move, you will need it.

Excellent but a bit too tall for my house
Great stand as it has wide feet so you can move around the bag without tripping over that stand like other designs. However I wanted to use it inside and it was two inches two tall. I returned it and got an Everlast stand which is also good but you can’t move around the bag in the same way.
