Excellent but expensive
Great sound quality, excellent comfort and ergonomics and very good noise cancellation. Undersrated Bose elegance. Price is the only negative.

Excellent sound. Questionable build quality
I'm a bit Bose fan. Already have some over ears and I've recently upgraded my in ears to the new Ultras. Decided to do the same with my overs and to be honest these aren't as good as I would've hoped. The sound is great, as you would expect. The immersion modes are excellent and the ANC is top notch. The build quality is not good though. Feel really wobbly and not premium at all. All plastic and loose fittings. I did have some B&W's that are similar in price and the build on those is amazing. So much better. The Bose also don't sit very well in the case and it feels like I'm bending them out of shape each time I close it. I'd have been happier if the were about a third of what I paid. Don't feel decent at all.

Bose QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Headphones
I bought these Bose headphones a month ago. Well money spent, because they work really well with my hearing aids. The sound quality is so clear no background noise, and doesn't make the hearing aids whistle. The best choose ever Bose.

The best headphones I have ever owned. Superb sound quality, noise cancelling and aware modes are great and synced with our Bose speaker giving flexibility for someone to listen at a different volume. Ability to switch between devices also seamless.

This is the third Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphone that I have used over the past six months. It is commendable that the company replaced them under warranty, but I am not entirely satisfied with their reliability, despite the excellent sound quality.

If the TV supports audio over bluetooth, yes, you may also need to check to see if it can support over bluetooth as well as TV speakers if using in a way for people that are hard of hearing.
