Comfy good quality sometimes a bit dodgy when turning on off but overall great headphones.

Definitive sound and noise cancelling quality.
'Which' rate these headphones as a Best Buy and they certainly live up to that assessment. They have supreme sound and noise cancelling qualities and are comfortable for long term use. The Argos price was the best anywhere at the time which made them a fantastic purchase.

4.5 star headphones
Good headphones, ANC is magical. Comfortable enough, really good sound quality- immersive mode is great for movies. The only problem is connectivity- it needs resetting from time to time. Battery does last over 30h and charges reasonably fast.

Great piece of kit
I’ve had these headphones around 2 weeks now and their noise cancelation is fantastic, far far better than my AirPods that I’ve had for years. The battery lasts for a long time too, only charged them twice since buying them. Super comfortable when on and connect really easily to my iPhone. Overall, super please with them.

Excellent headphones but research if you commute
These are incredibly good headphones, and the only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because of the fact that if you use these on buses, you can have a bad experience until you spend a little time looking in to an issue with how the noise cancellation works. If you use the default ANC options then any time there is a bump in the road or something like a pothole, there is interference with the playback and it becomes very annoying very quickly. I nearly went straight for a refund, purely because of this. But if you do a little digging, you find that it's a common issue with Bose headphones, even though the company refuses to openly acknowledge it. The only reason I kept them is that there is a fix, and it's something so ridiculously simple, it's actually really annoying that Bose won't listen to their customers. There is a setting for using the headphones in strong wind. Toggle that on and the problem is solved. Literally unusable to absolutely fine with one toggle button. A number of handy options to customise in the app, such as battery level and being able to turn off the headphones sensing when you are wearing them and stop/ go in to standby when you're not. Found that annoying after a little while though as if you lift even one ear cup, playback stops. Stable connection with my phone and the 'Immersive Audio' is a great feature that really adds a lot of depth to the music you're listening to - the main thing that really sold me on these when I heard the difference between using that and standard playback. And as you'd expect from a premium product, they are very comfortable to wear for several hours at a time - high quality materials and ear pads can be replaced when they eventually wear down.

Top notch quality
The noise cancellation is out of this world. Bought for air travel and some train commuting - this cuts all noise out to a min allowing me to concentrate without external noise, chatter and white noise. It is so comfortable and does not squash ears.
