Great machine love it I use this everyday and I love the integrated tamper and the thicker steam wand wipes clean with no effort. Although the tray does get full quite quickly it just slides out and you can empt it in seconds. I also like the fact that the water container can be removed almost like a jug and filled under the tap - great.

While there is a bit of a learning curve during the initial setup to dial everything in, the instructions are clear and the payoff is worth it. My first latte was exceptionally smooth and full of flavor. If you are looking for a machine that delivers cafe-quality results at home, the Ninja ES601 is a brilliant investment. It’s a 5-star performer that delivers on every level. Pros Premium Build: The machine feels very sturdy and high-quality, not like a typical plastic appliance. Barista Results: Produces an exceptionally smooth, full-flavored latte that rivals high-end coffee shops. Versatile Design: It has a very compact footprint for such a flexible machine and looks great on the kitchen counter. Clear Guidance: The instructions are excellent and help you navigate the initial setup with confidence and lots of suggestions are given for a wide range of popular coffee drinks. Steam Wand: This machine's steam wand is fully automatic but you can have full control of the steam wand just like a fully professional machine. Cons Heavier than expected: It is quite heavy in the box, but that's what you would expect from a quality built machine. Initial Setup: You need to spend a few minutes to "dial in" and calibrate the settings before your first brew but the results make it absolutely worthwhile.

The Ninja Lux Cafè is a great coffee machine for the price. Easy to set-up and use. My only grip is that when grinding beans you get a spill of coffee grounds after removing the machine portafiller from the grinder. Wasting good good coffee and making a fine layer of coffee grounds over everything.

Both, you can auto froth by selecting a froth style with the dial, choosing Dairy or Plant Based, then pressing Start Froth. You can also manually froth by placing the wand in the jug and holding Start Froth for 3 seconds to start steam, keep the tip just below the surface to stretch then lower to heat, press Start Froth again to stop.

To begin dispensing hot water on this unit, press START BREW and press START BREW again to stop dispensing when you have the desired amount of hot water, or you can wait for the program to finish (the program will dispense 200 ml of hot water if not stopped).
The DESCALE indicator will light up when the machine needs to undergo a descaling process. If the descaling is not carried out after the light turns on, drink quality will diminish, and the machine may clog and stop working, as it is essential for breaking down and eliminating limescale and mineral deposits inside the machine. For best results, we recommend using the Descale Powder provided in the box and available on the NinjaKitchen.co.uk website. Alternatively, you may use a solution of 500 ml of vinegar mixed with 650 ml of water. To properly conduct a descaling cycle, follow the guidelines available in the link below.
