About this product
The Hisense RB327N4WWE Freestanding Fridge Freezer is a solid choice if you want a bottom-freezer setup that handles fresh and frozen storage without defrosting. It has Total No Frost technology circulating cold air, so you're not chipping away at ice build-up. The built-in water dispenser needs no plumbing; just fill the tank and it chills water on demand. The 90-degree door opening lets you pull drawers out even in tight spaces, and the doors are reversible to suit your kitchen layout.
Inside you've got a decent split between fridge and freezer space that works well for weekly shopping. There are glass shelves, a salad crisper for your veg, and a wine rack for a few bottles. The freezer section has multiple storage compartments to keep things organised. It's got electronic temperature control, an open door alert so you don't accidentally leave it ajar, and LED lighting inside so you can actually see what you're looking for. Energy rating is E, it runs fairly quietly at 37dB, and it comes with a manufacturer's guarantee.

Faulty
Not cooling and leaking water from dispenser
Faulty
Poor finish
Good and quite a lot of space. But the finish of colour is poor. Being black. When the sun shines on it. There are faint scrolls on the doors. Very poor

Just the right size
Great does the job no complaints but it does squeak now and again which is annoying. Going from a large family size to a much smaller one is taking a bit of getting used too but I do like it. The salad drawer is excellent.

Excellent
I am so happy with my new fridge freezer, its not as big as my previous fridge freezer, however, this is 50 50. My previous one had small freezer. Love my new fridge freezer. I call him mr white lol.

Hisense Fridge Freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this through my Insurance Company. Our Hisesne fridge freezer was 15 years old and sadly died. Our replacement is lovely. Ii is quiet and I love the idea that it is self defrosting

Hello Carlq,
I can advise for the Hisense RB327N4WBE Freestanding Fridge Freezer - Black it is a non-Plumber Water Dispenser - A sleek water dispenser that seamlessly integrated to the flat door of the refrigerator. Just pour fresh water in the water tank and enjoy it perfectly chilled, anytime.

Hello Sammy,
I can advise the following for the Hisense RB327N4WWE Freestanding Fridge Freezer - White:
What you are seeing is correct, the single hole is usually when there is an ability to have a lip at the back to catch the condensation. This doesn't have that ability due to where the temperature dial is.
