About this product
The Hisense RB327 series with Total No Frost technology evenly distributes cold air inside, helping to stop ice and water from building up. It's built-in water dispenser lets you enjoy a refreshing glass of chilled water any time with no fixed water connection needed. The 90 door design lets you pull out the drawers fully and to help best suit your kitchen layout, the doors can be reversed allowing you to swap them around. The wine rack holds up to 5 bottles whilst the soft internal LED light lets you see everything in the fridge clearly.
Total No Frost - Total No Frost technology circulates cold air evenly throughout the fridge freezer to prevent ice crystals from forming, so there's no need to ever manually defrost.
Non-Plumber Water Dispenser - A sleek water dispenser that seamlessly integrated to the flat door of the refrigerator. Just pour fresh water in the water tank and enjoy it perfectly chilled, anytime.

Very nice fridge/freezer. Good value for money
I started using my new fridge freezer on Friday and I'm delighted with it. It's a perfect fit in my kitchen and looks great. I had an under-the-counter fridge before, which was awful to use - having to bend down to look for stuff in the back. Having the fridge on the top is wonderful - so easy to see what's in it. The freezer's good too, as it has drawers, so not much bending there either. My only criticism is that the freezer drawers seem very lightweight (hence the 4 on Quality). Not sure how'll they'll cope with years of use.

Nice fridge for a narrow space
Lovely looking fridge freezer which would be more suitable for a family of upto 3 as it's not the most spacious. A large pizza box from a supermarket will not fit in the drawers and just about fits on the pull out shelf at the top. Don't forget to peel off all the protective film from inside the fridge.

Fridge stopped working within 9 months
Freezer works great, but after having no problems with the fridge for 9 months it’s packed in and the support from warranty team is very slow. Reported 4 days ago and no help yet- frustrating being without any fridge!

What you are seeing is correct, the single hole is usually when there is an ability to have a lip at the back to catch the condensation. This doesn't have that ability due to where the temperature dial is.

This model comes with 2 shelves and 1 wine rack, the wine rack can be replaced by an normal shelf, consumer need to purchase separately from Hisense service team.

The climate temperature should be between plus 16 degrees up to 43 degrees. It may not work if it is above or below the temperature for any length of time. The warranty would also be void if taking out of the country. You would also need to check the voltage which is in the link below if this is suitable for abroad.
