The Hisense RB327N4WBE Freestanding Fridge Freezer is a versatile bottom-freezer with the fridge on top, offering space for chilled and frozen goods without taking up much kitchen space. Total No Frost technology circulates cold air evenly to prevent ice build-up, so no manual defrosting is needed. The built-in water dispenser requires no plumbing. Quiet fridge freezer
I have had the Hisense fridge freezer for a week and am really pleased so far. It's frost free and l do like the drinks dispenser and use it more than l thought l would. It's also very quiet.

I bought this 3 weeks ago it is a good size fridge with added 2.5 litre water cooler also a wine rack the pull out freezer tray is a good idea for placing ice cube trays its also quiet the only thing is fridge temperature runs abit high sometimes at 6/7 when guide is below 5 even on highest cool setting i have a fridge thermometer so I'll keep eye on it everything is still cold though

Great product and fairly priced. Large compartments in both the fridge and freezer. However the water tank is very difficult to remove to clean but easy enough to fill. The operation manual is very vague on the correct way to remove and reinstall said tank. Overall happy with purchase and the frost free system works well so far

What you are seeing is correct, the single hole is usually when there is an ability to have a lip at the back to catch the condensation. This doesn't have that ability due to where the temperature dial is.
