About this product
The Hisense RB327N4WBE Freestanding Fridge Freezer is a versatile bottom-freezer with the fridge on top, offering space for chilled and frozen goods without taking up much kitchen space. Total No Frost technology circulates cold air evenly to prevent ice build-up, so no manual defrosting is needed. The built-in water dispenser requires no plumbing. Just fill the tank for chilled water anytime. The 90-degree door opening allows full drawer access in tight spaces, and the reversible door adapts to your layout.
It's got 2 glass shelves, a salad crisper compartment, a wine rack that holds a few bottles, and an egg tray. There's an open door alert and high temperature warning facility, plus electronic temperature control. The soft LED lighting means you can actually see what's in there, and with 3 freezer drawers down below you've got decent organisation for frozen goods. It runs fairly quietly, and the energy rating is E. It comes with a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. For the combination of no-frost tech, the non-plumbed water dispenser, and the space, it's a solid choice.

Faulty
Not cooling and leaking water from dispenser
Faulty
Poor finish
Good and quite a lot of space. But the finish of colour is poor. Being black. When the sun shines on it. There are faint scrolls on the doors. Very poor

Just the right size
Great does the job no complaints but it does squeak now and again which is annoying. Going from a large family size to a much smaller one is taking a bit of getting used too but I do like it. The salad drawer is excellent.

Excellent
I am so happy with my new fridge freezer, its not as big as my previous fridge freezer, however, this is 50 50. My previous one had small freezer. Love my new fridge freezer. I call him mr white lol.

Perfect size and just what I wanted!
I got this for my first flat and it’s great! Just slightly less deep than the counter so it fits perfectly and the height is great for a 5ft4 person to reach the top shelf without help. No moisture at all so far inside, and the water dispenser is a luxury I’m glad I went for. I have left the stickers on as I’ll be moving it in and out when my flooring goes in, so it’s not quite the full effect.

Totally no frost is accurate description.
Im very pleased with my no frost fridge freezer. A well thought out interior of both fridge section and freezer section. The easy glide drawers are a pleasure to use. Spacious and functional with a high end feel about it.

Hello Carlq,
I can advise for the Hisense RB327N4WBE Freestanding Fridge Freezer - Black it is a non-Plumber Water Dispenser - A sleek water dispenser that seamlessly integrated to the flat door of the refrigerator. Just pour fresh water in the water tank and enjoy it perfectly chilled, anytime.

Hello Sammy,
I can advise the following for the Hisense RB327N4WWE Freestanding Fridge Freezer - White:
What you are seeing is correct, the single hole is usually when there is an ability to have a lip at the back to catch the condensation. This doesn't have that ability due to where the temperature dial is.
