It's a nice looking fridge freezer but..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like our new fridge freezer, but even with the fridge daily turned to low, the fridge isn't that cold, when you want nice cold summer drinks. I am a chef and used to descent refrigerated units, a fridge should ideally operate at 3 degrees, I think this isn't near there, I will do a Probe test at some point when we have finished unpacking everything in the house from the move.

What you are seeing is correct, the single hole is usually when there is an ability to have a lip at the back to catch the condensation. This doesn't have that ability due to where the temperature dial is.
