What's covered:
- Accidental damage protection - starting from the moment you get your product.
- Unlimited repairs or a replacement - if your product cannot be fixed.
- Breakdown cover - after the manufacturer's guarantee ends (provided the policy remains in force).
- Worldwide cover - your products are covered wherever you are.
What's not covered:
- Loss, theft, neglect, cosmetic and deliberate damage.
- The cost of installation and/or disposal of your item.
- The cost of replacing any accessories to your item.
- Some policies do not include breakdown cover as the policy ends before the end of the manufacturer's guarantee.
- Excess - for selected items over £149.99 (and mobile phones over £100) an excess will apply to your item when making a claim (excesses range from £10-£100).
