This Argos Home Kristopher Double Fabric Bed Frame gives you a place to rest at the end of the day, whether you're in a compact bedroom or an open-plan space. It's upholstered in a cream linen-look fabric that brings a Scandinavian-inspired simplicity to your room and fits alongside existing furniture without clashing. Black tapered metal legs add a modern touch, while 20cm of underbed space gives you practical storage for boxes, bedding or seasonal items. The metal slat base spreads weight evenly and provides reliable support for your mattress.
The upholstered frame has a smooth finish that wipes clean with a damp cloth. The metal feet are built to stand up to daily movement and repositioning. It's suitable for a standard double mattress and sits at a comfortable height for getting in and out of bed. The side rails keep your mattress secure without shifting overnight. Great bed - buy it!
This is the second bed I’ve bought and I did so because I was so pleased with the first one! Much prefer it to a wooden one, it feels solid and stable and like it will last. It looks much for expensive than it was. I wished they did a king size version for me!

Good for the price
First impression after examining the parts is that the bed will be bit flimsy. Not the case as all the inner construction is well made, intersects to support the weight and creates quite sturdy platform when tightened well. Headboard and side boards are on the cheap side, headboard being quite light and the lower part of the fabric is easily punctured/ripped. With some care while assembling, that's not a problem as the mattress would normally cover that part with decent mattress height. 5 stars given considering the price vs the delicate materials mentioned.

Purchased at the weekend building the frame was rather straight forward to build a small improvement to construction would be a small rubber washer on the cross bars as an improvement on the design metal on metal isn’t the best. Looks wise it’s really lovely. Very pleased with it

The frame is neat and doesn't impose too much on a smaller bedroom. It came in two packages, and we easily fit two beds (4 packages) in the back of the car, with the back seats down. All in all, pleased with our purchase.

The distance between the legs is exactly 126 cm, and the sideboard is 35 cm high from the floor, leaving 20 cm of clearance underneath the bed for airflow and storage
