The Kristopher Single Bed Frame gives you a practical place to rest that works with a wide range of bedroom styles. The cream linen-look fabric sits over a sturdy upholstered frame, while black tapered metal legs lift everything off the floor. Metal slats underneath support your mattress evenly and hold their strength through years of use. It's a compact single size that fits neatly into smaller bedrooms without taking over the space.
The 20cm space underneath allows for easy cleaning and keeps the frame lifted off the floor. The fabric's soft to the touch and practical for everyday use, while the neutral cream tone works alongside existing furniture. Black metal feet keep the frame stable and spread the weight evenly. Self-assembly required with two people recommended, all fixings and clear instructions provided.

Good small double bed
Very happy with this small double bed for our small bedroom. Looked easy to assemble, though easy for me to say, as I only watched the husband do it!

On every point it was great.
I bought this based on the reviews for strength and ease of assembly and also as it was the quickest delivery. Well on every point it was great. 2 flat boxes about 4' long, 1 HEAVY and 1 light. All parts have numbers on them that match the instructions. I added a touch of locktite to the allen bolts, just in case but I reckon it was secure enough anyway. Took 2 of us about 2 hours but I reckon I could have done it alone in 2 hours but nice to have help :) Very stable, looks great. Price is excellent . Well worth buying. Fabric was nice I chose charcoal. Height just right and the metal slats go right across and are locked in position so they don't slip.

Five-Star Quality at an Affordable Price!
Absolutely delighted with this Habitat bed from Argos! It wasn’t too difficult to put together and, once assembled, it looks really stylish and far more expensive than it actually was! The fabric on the headboard feels lovely and high quality, as well as being really comfortable to lean against. I’ve also been incredibly impressed with how sturdy and stable the bed feels - the support from the legs is a million times better than I expected. The quality genuinely does not reflect the price. It looks and feels like a five-star bed at a really affordable cost. So pleased with it and I would highly recommend it\!

Tricky to build
We found this bed quite tricky to build. In fact it took two of us 3 hours. 😂 The instructions were quite confusing as well. The hardest part is joining the sides to the headboard and bottom of the bed as you need someone to hold it steady whilst screwing it all together. Attempting to build this by yourself requires a lot of skill and patience something I lack. The bed looks nice and seems quite strong with metal slats and feet. The sides do feel a bit flimsy however. Care needs to be taken with the fabric as well so not to tear it. I've yet to sleep in it as its only a spare bed so cannot comment how comfy it is. If it was my main bed I'd spend more for better quality and longevity. For a spare bed it seems good value and looks pleasant.

The Kristopher bed frame uses centre support legs rather than side supports. The extra support legs are positioned mid-way between the side rails, supporting the centre rails and crossbrace, so they are in the middle, not on both sides.
