Worth it!
I am a big fan! I have thick, wiry hair that usually needs a blow dry brush and then straightened before I can curl it! The brush dries quickly and smoothly and then the hot brush finishes it with volume. Perfect for the day after refresh too. It is a little heavy and the blow dry function is loud, but it's over with quickly. The three heat settings make it great for different hair types.

It's going to take practice
I'm not convinced yet. Other reviews said it's heavy - it is. Dries quickly and smooths on the iron setting, but it's not cylindrical and I've not managed the blow dry look so far

Yes, with its Wet Hair Mode, you can wet-to-dry volumising and styling with no heat damage.
The ring located at the base of the unit serves to toggle between off, low, medium, and high air temperature settings, as well as the smoothing mode. However, the brush does not rotate automatically.
To help maintain performance, remove any hair from the brush after every use.
The SmoothStyle produces noise on the blowdry settings but is silent in the smoothing setting.
This version of the SmoothStyle doesn't come with a storage bag.
