Wished I'd of bought 1 a long time ago, after putting up with Fitbit for years This watch is accurate at calculating steps as where Fitbit used to add steps for moving arm this doesn't so I know exactly what I'm walking, , tracks swimming and treadmill good 👍

I bought this to get myself back into running and it is excellent. Easy to use, incredible features and amazing battery life! It is wet sporty looking so if you’re looking for a more every day wearable watch I’d go for the Venu 3 :)

After my Fitbit strap failed and then got ran over by a tractor it was time to invest in a new tracker watch. Buzzing with this new watch, it does everything and more that I would want from a running/cycling watch. Read lots of review and lots of different price tags for extra data that really you don’t need. This watch rocks! The band seems more substantial than the fitbits so I have zero worries there!

This does have the Lactate threshold which is the exercise intensity at which lactate (lactic acid) starts to accumulate in the bloodstream. In running, this intensity level is estimated in terms of pace, heart rate, or power. When a runner exceeds the threshold, fatigue starts to increase at an accelerating rate.
If you already know your lactate threshold heart rate value, you can enter it in your user profile settings (Setting Your Heart Rate Zones). You can turn on the Auto Detection feature to automatically record your lactate threshold during an activity.
