So disappointed! My client’s favourite,

My client’s favourite, however these two bottles arrived with what looked like thicker solution caked around the lid and opening of the bottle. I gave them a shake and proceeded to use them, however the solution is applying in spots and my regular client has said it feels like grit it being sprayed on to her, rather than the regular mist. I’m devastated and praying my gun isn’t now clogged up, too. What a waste!
