The user manual for this makes no reference to any requirement to download a Bluetooth driver. You do need to have an internet connection (for the optional Logitech Gaming Software download).

This might be a bit late but it has the Hero 25k

As the mouse is compatible with Windows 10 then you can use it with an Xbox however this isn't supported compatibility. Functions of the mouse might not be able to be used and without the custom software for editing the mouse on the xbox you won't be able to customise this. However it does have 5 memory setting.
