The Manhattan T4-R 2TB Freeview Play 4K TV Recorder gives you control over your TV viewing with the ability to record, pause and rewind over 100 Freeview channels. The 2TB hard drive stores up to 1200 hours of programmes, and you can record 2 channels whilst watching a third. Beyond live TV, the T4-R provides access to over 60,000 hours of on-demand and catch-up content from BBC iPlayer, ITVX and more, with search that works seamlessly across both live and on-demand programmes to help you find what you want to watch.
Setting up is simple. Connect the box to your aerial for Freeview channels and to Wi-Fi for on-demand services. The T4-R upscales content to 4K HDR for sharper picture quality and includes a learning remote that controls your TV. The 15-day electronic programme guide makes planning easy, and accessibility options include enlarged menus plus filtering by subtitles, audio description, or sign language. Purchase this to replace an ageing Humax box. Thoroughly happy with it. Speedy by comparison to the old unit, nice and easy to use user interface and clear menus etc. simple things like series link for recording are to be expected but it’s good to see all these things included. Would recommend to anyone looking for a recordable Freeview device

I have used this Freeview Recorder for the past week. It was very easy to set up and use. The record function is easy to use and there are plenty of apps to watch on demand. Overall fairly happy with it, though it does not have the capacity to record 4 channels at once as did my previous Humax box.

Excellent buy to replace old recorder
Bought this to replace Humax FVP-5000t now that it's about to stop being supported by BBC and others. Very pleased so far, it was easy to set up and tune, and it's really easy to use. The Humax had a couple of good features, ability to record 3 programmes at a time, and access to Netflix. The new box will only record 2 programs at once, but has useful work-arounds if this should be a problem, including being able to tell you if one of the clashing recordings might also be shown at another time and you could record it then instead. It's much quicker than the Humax for everything, and the annoying picture freezes we've suffered from for the last few months are a thing of the past. Hooray! As for Netflix, we're able to get it from a ROKU stick, so that's OK. We bought the 2TB version as it wasn't very much more expensive than the smaller hard disks, and as we can't download recordings we will just have to be a little more dis

CANNOT GIVE A REVIEW ABOUT THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT WAS FAULTY STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. ALL IT DID WAS TO LIGHT UP BLUE INDICATING THAT IT HAD POWER. RETURNED IT FOR A REFUND. ARGOS STAFF WERE BRILLIANT.
