Easy to set up, works well
This replaces an older Humax video recorder which failed. This new Manhattan is must faster to start up and has several features which are better. We've only had it a week but so far it has recorded and played back very well, and it's very easy to skip adverts too.

why Sky
purchased to replace expensive sky package does everything a sky box does, and in some cases better haven't miss sky at all since getting this. Super easy to set up and connect to internet. my only criticism is no Netflix or prime or apple tv apps on box.

Brilliant FreeView Box
Were Sky customers and the new price hike was getting ridiculous. This is an amazing box, which lets you record two programmes whilst watching a third live. Very easy to use. Within 6 months it will pay for itself. So in the long run, no additional monthly fees which can now be spent on something else. Would recommend this box to family and friends.

Great little box!
Purchased this after leaving sky and the £40 per month fee. Yes it’s little pricey but will pay for itself in no time at all. Easy to set up and does exactly as it should with respect of recording features, ability to stream from ITV X / BBC player etc!

Very good equipment
I have had this a few weeks now and I am very impressed with this recorder.

Extremely disappointing.
Everything started well until I tried to find TV channels. All it did was search and come up with none. Kept saying check Ariel. The Ariel is fine. I plugged my old Humax back in and that found the channels with no hesitation. Had to take the new box back to the store. So Disappointing for over £200.
