Great when set up properly
I bought this 2 weeks ago. I had a human before which I found easier. Setting up wasn’t too bad but then had to update it. I. Don’t have internet so had to get manhattan to send me a USB stick. That’s when I had problems twice. I couldn’t get it to work. ( I am a 73 year old woman) never ne to do any of this with the human. Did get it going after quite a long while being told to try this try that. It is working well now but found it so stressful. Dreading updating it again. Reason I gave it 4 star and not 5.

Excellent digital set box
I purchased this a few weeks ago, and decided to wait to review, until it had been used regularly. I have to say WOW, takes a little bit of getting used to, compared to my previous box, but well worth the wait. Excellent reproduction, gives alternative dates and times if you have record time clashes. Superb machine! !

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Manhattan T4-R 1TB Freeview Play 4K TV Recorder: ''Please note that the Manhattan T4-R 1TB Freeview Play 4K TV Recorder is a terrestrial receiver and it requires connecting to an outdoor rooftop TV Aerial. It is not a satellite receiver and therefore connecting to "a sky q dish" will not work.''
