Sadly your drivers need a second person
You are a disgrace for your delivery person Even though delivery drivers are given the equipment ie:- the ramp and trolley this doesn’t help them when they have a small step to get up with a plastic door sill frame straight after to struggle with. This is health and safety at it worst when it should be a two man job

The quickest option on tis Hotpoint NSWM7469WUK 7KG 1400 Spin Washing Machine, the 30 minute wash, takes 30 minutes as the name would suggest. It does not support any extra rinse option, though this option is available on other programs.

Our supplier has advised advised for the Hotpoint NSWM7469WUK 7KG 1400 Spin Washing Machine - White.
There will be a kick panel at the bottom of the appliance that needs to be removed first for access to the water filter. Place a container on the floor and just slowly turn the filter counter clockwise . Allow the water to flow out before completely removing the filter. Once no more water is escaping you can remove the filter and clean under running water.

One will come out of the top of the appliance on the left hand side at the rear(when facing the appliance)
