Our supplier has advised advised for the Hotpoint NSWM7469WUK 7KG 1400 Spin Washing Machine - White.
There will be a kick panel at the bottom of the appliance that needs to be removed first for access to the water filter. Place a container on the floor and just slowly turn the filter counter clockwise . Allow the water to flow out before completely removing the filter. Once no more water is escaping you can remove the filter and clean under running water.
