So far so good
I bought this primarily to reduce the weight of items I carry to work when I travel to the office. This bag is noticeably lighter than my current commuting rucksack even with the same amount of possessions being carried, e.g. laptop, charger and other office 'bits'. It's well made (at this price or should be) and I like the overall aesthetics so far. Will be interesting to see how it performs when heading into autumn and winter.....

Amazing backpack for travelling & daily tech carry
I bought this few months ago and I’m in the position to write a long term review. The backpack has enough space to carry your 13-16 inch MacBook and an iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard. It also two has mesh pockets in which I usually keep the adapters and tiny tech items. There’s a pen holder which I found to be extremely convenient. All of the bag is well-padded for safety of the devices. It’s got a side pocket in which I carry tissues and AirTag. What I found great compared to other bags is the build quality and the sub glass holder compartment which is hard enough like a case and you can even keep the mouse or AirPods in it, if you don’t carry sunglasses. There’s also a secret pocket to store anything that you might need it during emergencies. I do not like bags that keep falling when kept upright and this doesn’t. It’s sturdy and looks like a well built product by Thule. I don’t really have anything negative to say at this point as the bag is according to my requirements and I’ve found it really convenient to carry around. Sure it’s slightly large but there are sizes available for your needs.

Good practical bag
It is a great bag. Very well made and have loads of pockets that are practical and easy to access. The zips seems durable - they are a bit stiff at the start but with use they have eased now. A hard case compartment for storing my glasses and mobile phone is a bonus. Only small improvements could be multiple zips on the hard case, and resolving a slight bump in the bag when not fully filled. Overall, I'd recommend this.

Although the backpack is nice, it is not big enough as expected; once you put the laptop, not much space is left for the rest. Not practical for me
