This weighted vest stays super rigid, breathable, soft and elastic, ideal for all sports lovers. This weight vest is distributed weight throughout your body, including an adjustable strap to prevent slipping and sliding during exercise.
I love this piece of kit – this is sooooo cool! It is a weighted vest. It's got a very simple clip at the front which is the only thing you need to do to put it on. It's got an adjustable band to tighten if required. You can wear it either under or over a sweatshirt – it's made of neoprene so is super soft and very comfortable! You can even use this bit of kit to do the housework, walk the dog or even add weight to your workout at the gym – all hands free!

Easy.. until you walk uphill
You put it on and think that’s easy to wear whilst walking. Just walk uphill a bit and you can feel it in your thighs and buttocks. Great way to KNOW you’re keeping fit when just out for a casual walk.

On Davina, it's worn upside down but this is just to make it more comfortable across the chest. You can have this either way round. However all images, 2/11,3/11,4/11,7/11, she is wearing it the same way, with this in mind I'm unable to understand what you mean by which way which was why I answered the way I did in your original questions.

The elastic is across the chest to hold it all in place to still allow full movement. It shouldn't move when secured and move with the body.
