Fast drying. No extreme heat. Now with the Flyaway attachment. Engineered for different hair types. The small powerful Dyson digital motor V9 combined with Air Multiplier technology, produces a high-pressure, high-velocity jet of controlled air for fast drying and precision styling. Intelligent heat control measures air temperature over 40 times a second and regulates the heat. This helps prevent extreme heat damage to protect your hair's natural shine.
Engineered for balance, we've turned convention on it's head and put the motor in the handle. Completely rebalancing the dryer's weight and shape. The Dyson Supersonic comes with five magnetic styling attachments.
Acoustically tuned, the powerful motor is tuned to produce one inaudible frequency. And it's enveloped by a vibration reduction system.
3 precise speed settings : High – for fast drying and styling, Medium – for regular drying, Low – for diffusing. 4 precise heat settings : 100C - fast drying and styling, 80C - regular drying, 60C - cooler drying and diffusing, 28C - constant cold shot to set your hair after styling.

Having checked, this has a gentle air attachment for fast yet gentle styling for fine hair and sensitive scalps. It also creates a cooler airflow. However, it's not specifically designed for thinning hair as such.
