Very comfy but extremely difficult to wash
Very comfy beanbag and great size for teenagers. My only gripe is that it was advertised as machine washable - which it is but it involves transferring all the beans into a very flimsy bag. And the outer skin can only be washed at 30 degrees, which really isn’t going to clean off juice or chocolate stains.

Very comfortable!
I bought this a few weeks ago and it’s been used by everyone in the family (cats included). It’s very comfortable once you’ve moved the beans around to your liking. Only downside was that I had to put the beans in myself, and that was a tad messy, even though the bags zip together, because both bags had beans in some poured out while zipping

No the beans are not in an internal cover. The beans have to be emptied into an extremely flimsy bag provided by the company. Yes there will be beans all over the floor.
The beanbag also arrives half full, with spare beans provided in the flimsy bag, so a very awkward and messy fill up task is required prior to use.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the rucomfy Barley Fabric Humbug Beanbag - Natural: ''Our beanbag filling is made from EPS (expanded polystyrene) and is not biodegradable. Barley does refer to the colour and not the filling.''
