I was very surprised at how this tree looked, for the price I was terrified when I started setting it up. I sent back a £200 pound tree somewhere else because I changed my mind and wanted a green one so to go to this price had me worried. It looks absolutely fine and if the cats damage it like they did with the last one it’s not much of a loss. I thought it would look empty or have gaps but it’s fully set up now with lights, tinsel and baubles and I really like it, I’m glad I bought it.

I recall there being a little removable cap on the end of the middle section where the pole is put into the lower section. There was nothing about this cap in the leaflet, I just noticed it because it fell off when I lifted up this section. My guess is that cap is causing the problem.
