Poor products fail after little use
First pair failed after a couple of months , second pair took a long time to get a replacement from Germany . After 1 year this new pair has also failed - won’t charge the earbuds . Contact company and they say out of warranty . Waste of time and money .

Great Sound Quality - Disappointing Experience
These wireless earbuds are the best-sounding ones I’ve ever used, solving most of the issues I had with my MTW1. The sound quality far surpasses that of my wife's top competitor earbuds. However, after slightly more than a year of use, the right earbud stopped working. Despite trying all troubleshooting methods found online, none were successful. Now, even after charging, the left earbud doesn’t light up or function either, and I can't connect them since the touch controls on one side aren’t responsive. It's truly disappointing to have such a sad experience with a product that offered excellent sound quality.

Disappointed with quality
I bought these to replace my lost Sennheiser TW2, which I loved. These TW3 are so temperamental: I lose sound in one ear constantly, there is a high pitched squeak in the right ear all the time and I have to say these are not fit for purpose. The customer service at Sennheiser isn’t what it used to be, so I’m unable to get them to look at these. For such an expensive pair of earphones they are not worth the trouble, and I’m fast losing faith in this brand to deliver the quality they used to be able to. Could not be more disappointed, do not recommend.

Don't buy these ear buds. Read the internet first.
I bought this item in September 2023, by October it was showing issue with the charging of both earbuds. May 2024, the left ear bud stopped working and not even charging. June 2024 the right ear but is blinking red and green, not being able to connect to anything. I have had many Sennheiser products in my life. Never again!

The enhancements discussed in the Sennheiser Momentum 3 In-Ear True Wireless Earbuds - Black are only to do with sounds connected to the wireless earbuds, they do not amplify external sounds like conversation, radio & tv broadcasts etc. as would be required by a hearing aid.
