Faulty assembly of unit
First unit had to return for replacement unit as was faulty assembly not major fault but should have been noticed before despatch. However new unit works well and does what it says on the box.

Sleek design toaster
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the toaster is light weight and didnt give me that luxurious feel at first its honeycomb design stands out and the black colour matches well will my other appliances. The 4 slots is great for larger family and can save time in morning.And the heat setting allows me to make a toast to everyones choice. It does take longer as compared to my old one but the bread comes out crisp from every corner

Lovely looking toaster and does toast ok
Certain types of bread such as Warburtons does not fit in the toaster. You will need to turn. Can fit tea cakes in no problem. Toasts quite well.
