Meet Simone. She's got a great sense of style that screams boho chic. Just look at the pine frame and rattan panelling, and the round handles and legs that bring it all together. Generous too. Inside this chest of drawers there's heaps of room. The 2 top drawers are handy for accessories and cosmetics. The 2 wider bottom drawers are just right for foldables. Fancy your own make-up station? There's plenty of space on top to add a mirror. Gorgeous, right?

Disappointing quality and very strong smelling!
I like the design, and it looks like the photos. However up close the quality isn't what I was expecting. It looks like veneer rather than solid pine. The description did not state that it was veneer. The bottoms of the shelves are also some kind of cheap looking covered MDF. The smell (either from the varnish or MDF) is pretty overwhelming. We have had the drawers open for a few days to try and air it out, but I still don't want to put clothes in it. I would have liked to return it, but unfortunately the packaging went in the recycling as we were putting it together. Overall I am really disappointed with this purchase and it has put me off buying other furniture from Habitat.

These drawers look nice but we had concerns about construction having ordered the matching bed side cabinets and having to send one back due to poor materials ( split wood) .

Really nice looking and well made drawers. One star off because the back panels were misaligned on both units and took some considerable effort to get in place, a minor issue overall.

Something a bit different
I wanted a change from dark furniture and this pine and rattan chest certainly lightens my bedroom. It was reasonably straight forward to assemble (I did so on my own) and now it's put together, it feels robust and fit for purpose. I wouldn't say it's a bargain at the price, but I'm happy to see some real wood, rather than wood effect.

Sturdy and look great!
Good quality and really sturdy set of drawers. The instructions were relatively easy to follow and the drawers easy to put together. The finished piece looks lovely too. Well worth the money.

Yes, these do have drawer stops. The runners have little pegs that stick up and the drawers have little pegs that stick out through the sides that catch on these, so you don't end up pulling the drawer all the way out.

It’s been a while since I put mine together so not 100% sure. But from what I can see, I’d say no because the bottom frame has gaps on each corner, and each leg has adjacent indents in order for it to slot in to this space.
